Senior Director Payment Solutions

Nayax is looking for Senior Director of Product to lead our payment solution group.

Nayax believes that every payment method on the market should be available to consumers. With cashless payments, customers are offered convenience and a faster transaction. Nayax enables contact, swipe, and contactless payments including credit and debit cards, prepaid or postpaid cards, mobile app payments, and QR codes.

IN THIS POSITION YOU WILL:

• Define and evaluate Nayax's Payment product strategy.
• Define and refine the product roadmap to fulfill it.
• Work closely with all management levels to align and approve both.
• Directly manage and lead 2-3 payment product teams. Set and measure their goals and their products' KPIs. Define their personal development plans, oversee onboarding processes, and help them become the most professional in their field.
• Facilitate Payment products discovery processes, work closely with Customers (internal and/or External), Sales and Business Development teams to define (& refine) product requirements and scope of implementation.
• Work closely with R&D, as an integral part of workplan definition, architecture, prioritization, execution, and delivery.
• Be the 'Oracle' for all things payment in Nayax. Consult and the organization on both the technical and business aspects of payment solution implementation.
• Keep yourself up to date with latest industry trends and emerging technologies.
• Work closely with Customers (internal and/or External), Sales and Business Development teams to define business requirements and scope of implementation. Serve as ‘Gate keeper’ for the new ‘Business Initiatives'
  
  

Requirements:

WE ARE LOOKING FOR SOMEONE WITH:

• 5-7 years of experience as Product Manager - must
• 2-4 years of experience as team, or group leader - must
• Solid background in the payment industry (Issuers, acquirers, Processors, PSPs and fintech) – must (will be tested)
• Relevant Academic background: BSC degree: Industrial Engineering & Management / Information Systems / Computer Science / Software Engineering - must
• Experience in writing technical design documents (Including: ERD, Sequence Diagrams, Flow Chart, Class Diagram, Components Diagram, etc.) – must
• Experience with Utilizing & defining APIs and understanding of REST, Swagger/Yaml - must
• A very high level of English, both verbal and written – must (will be tested)
• High Analytical skills – must
• Great interpersonal skills – must
• Independ learning skills - must
• Experience in Global B2B – advantage.
• MBA or an equivalent – advantage
• Proficiency in SQL - advantage
  
  

PAYMENT SOLUTION GROUP

Payment Solutions is a professional Product group responsible for all Nayax’s Payment Integrations and Payment related Platforms.

The department handles technical aspects of Design, Product & Project Management, Certification, Deployment/Delivery processes.

The Department’s position is Critical focal point with R&D, Customer Success, Customer Support, Finance, Sales, Marketing and more. It is also in constant

communication with banks, Fintech companies, credit card clearing / acquiring companies and alternative payment methods / digital wallet providers.

We are looking for an Experienced leader to take the lead the group and Nayax to the new frontiers Payment products.
