Job Description:

• Lead sub-contractors & fulfillment management including planning & logistics
• Act as a main focal point between the organization and the sub-contractors
• Monitor production plan vs. actual outputs
• Monitor production plan vs. the line capacity
• Responsible for on time deliveries
• Coordinate between the different groups in and out of the organization in order to solve day to day problems (purchase, logistics, R&D, engineering, npi, finance etc.)
• Generate and implement working procedures (internal and at the sub-contractors) and create KPIs
  
  

• BSc/BA in Industrial Engineering
• Managerial and Hands On position
• 3-5 Experience years as a Sub-contractor manager in a global multidisciplinary company
• Good knowledge in production and fulfilment of complex systems
• Good knowledge of logistical and cross-organizational processes
• Familiarity with export and import process
• A team player with super high interpersonal skills
• Excellent knowledge in Excel - Must
• Experience with ERP systems - Must. Oracle NetSuite – Advantage
• Fast learner, Independent and autodidact
• Ability to work in flexible hours
• Highly motivated and able to work in a fast-paced business environment
• Eager and consistently seeking new opportunities to improve processes
• Excellent fluent English - Read/Write and Speaking
