Director, Global Internal Communications

The Global Internal Communications Director designs and supports communication efforts, to provide clarity around business and strategy, leading initiatives that advance the Stratasys agenda and strategy for employees. Creates branding and concepts for programs and initiatives. Provides clarity in executive communications, supports the business in sharing companywide messages

about product launches, organizational updates, policy updates and employee programs.

Global Internal Communications Role And Responsibilities

• Create content that supports management strategy messaging.
• Ensures one global voice for executive leadership across mediums (email, newsletters, BU Meetings, All Hands, etc.)
• Focus on building Internal Communications content, practices and platforms for Americas and ROW (Asia and EMEA), supporting HR and Business Leaders.
• Support org changes with announcements.
• Manage daily Israel employee communications, with corporate messaging and alignment re distribution and timing.
• Brand internal programs and employee initiatives.
  
  

• Create and maintain Employee Communication Platforms (StrataNet, tv screens, and newsletters).
• Manage Internal Communications systems daily: content and technical support
• Support IC projects and provide communication solutions for internal stakeholders
• Provide communication solutions for internal stakeholders, across the businesses.
  
  

• Experience in global, public Company
• Master’s degree in relevant field
• Excellent writing skills in English and Hebrew – mother tongue level
• Creative thinking and messaging capabilities
• Team spirit
• Ability to manage workload in complex environment
• Experience in event management
