Department Manager

The hardware manufacturing section is looking for a talented manager to lead Ser 3 and 4. In this role, you will manage the integration organization in terms of AOS plans, Quality, LEAN, cost, safety, and all operational aspects related to the production line.

Responsibilities:

Responsibility for integration of all Ser 3 and 4 products including production cycle time, manufacturing readiness, quality, and safety KPIs.
Manages a team of ~40 employees: Supervisors, TL, and individual contributors.
Ensures the delivery of products and services that meet the performance metrics defined by next-level management.
Lead NPI activities within the plant in collaboration with Eng. and R&D
Lead and implement LEAN transformation.
Collaborate closely with Operational cross-function organizations such as Planning, Sourcing, Engineering, and IT.

Requirements:

A minimum of 5 years in a managerial role
B.Sc. degree, master's preferred.
Engineering Diploma - Advantage
At least 5 years of experience in an operations function.
Experience in project management.
Strong knowledge of factory floor, material, or warehouse management systems
Strong technical background
Good project management skills.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Familiarity with Lean Sigma or Quality Improvement methodologies.
