Product Manager - Consumer Experience

DESCRIPTION

As a Product Manager at Nexar, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the consumer experience of drivers using our AI dash cams and connected services. This position involves creating new value through edge AI, gamification, and safety-focused features. You will own the product experience and backlog from conception to delivery, ensuring a seamless and engaging user experience.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Product Visionary & Strategist: Develop and lead the product vision and strategy for enhancing the consumer experience, aligning with company goals
• Lifecycle Manager & Innovator: Manage the full product lifecycle, from ideating innovative features to executing development and rollout
• Pioneer of Cutting-edge Functionality: Build groundbreaking functionalities that deliver exceptional value to users, leveraging edgeAI and genAI cutting edge tech, and harnessing gamification and behavioural psychology
• Data-driven Enhancements: Utilize data analytics, customer interviews, and support content to dive deep into user trends and behaviours, translating insights into actionable product enhancements
• Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering, design, marketing, and sales to ensure successful product outcomes

REQUIREMENTS

Technical skills & qualifications

• Proven experience as a Product Manager of consumer products & services
• Strong understanding of lean product development methodologies.
• Ability to form strong, substantiated opinions and use data and insights to convince fellow team members.
• Hands-on experience with AI technologies and an ability to understand and leverage new advancements in the field.
• Exceptional analytical skills and comfort with diving into data to extract insights.
• Profess obsessively the scientific method, utilising experimentation, instrumentation and A/B testing in everything you do
• Ability to listen and change your opinion when presented with new data or insights.

People skills & traits

• Demonstrated ability to apply behavioural psychology and gamification effectively in consumer products.
• A natural curiosity about user behaviour and a relentless drive to understand and meet consumer needs.
