We are seeking a Marketing Specialist to join our team in Israel. In this role, you will focus on executing social media and email marketing campaigns to promote our retail portfolio across the US market.

The ideal candidate will have strong English skills, proficiency in digital marketing tools, and experience in content creation.

Responsibilities:

Social Media and Email Marketing:

• Execute social media and email marketing campaigns to drive brand awareness and engagement for our retail portfolio in the US market.

Content Creation:

•  Create engaging content for digital marketing campaigns, including social media posts and email newsletters.

Collaboration and Project Management:

• Work closely with cross-functional teams to align marketing efforts with business objectives.
• Manage marketing projects, ensuring timely execution and delivery of campaigns.

Analytics and Reporting:

• Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns, providing insights to optimize effectiveness.

Remote Work and Time Management:

• Work on-site in the corporate office in Haifa three days a week and remotely for two days, adjusting work hours to accommodate the US time zone.

Requirements:

Language Skills:

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.

Experience:

• Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in digital marketing, with a focus on social media and email campaigns.
• Experience in content creation for digital platforms.

Technical Skills:

• Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, including social media management tools and email marketing software.
• Knowledge of graphic design and content creation tools is a plus.
• Control of Microsoft Office applications such as Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, SharePoint, etc.
