Business Application Manager

We are looking for a Business Application Manager to join Earnix’s growing IT team and lead it to success. As Business Application Manager you will be responsible for scaling up Earnix corporate business applications such as Salesforce, NetSuite, Zendesk, 6 Sense as well as our corporate BI solution. You will also identify new business needs & implementing new solutions. You will work closely with business groups to meet business needs.

What you will do:

• Implement and maintain the company’s business applications including CRM, ERP, Service desk, Marketing, HR, BI, etc.
• Translate business requirements to systems design and solution and deliver on time and budget.
• Implement new application features and functionality and provide recommendations for process improvements.
• Work with external partners to ensure we deliver the best solution for the organization.
• Train new and existing users on how to use the applications.
• Support application users.

You’ll do it using:

• 5+ years of experience in a similar role
• Experience working in Salesforce & NetSuite, Zendesk, Tableau / Power BI.
• Experience with business domains such Finance, Sales, Marketing and Support
• Excellent project management, analytical, technical & Implementation skills
• Strong business acumen and research capabilities
• Ability to lead multiple tasks simultaneously, working with internal and external, cross-functional groups
• BA/B.Sc. in industrial/information systems or equivalent
