Product Integration Specialist

An interesting and innovative startup company (in the gaming and Ad-tech industry) located in Herzliya is looking for a Product Integration Specialist!

What are we looking for?

We are looking for an incredible, highly motivated Product Integration Specialist to play a major role in our product integration quality, client satisfaction, external knowledge base management, and innovative product growth. This position will be part of our product department.

What will you be doing?

• Work with our external clients as well as with internal Sales, Product & Engineering teams to help our publishers better understand our solutions from a technical perspective while also emphasizing and reflecting our business benefits.
• Lead the SDK integration processes with our gaming partners and provide clear guidance on our product, technical implementation, and different solutions to cater to our publishers’ needs.
• Understand the client’s technical requirements and gaps to ensure our publishers’ success with our SDK solution.
• Improve the ease of our integration and allow a smooth implementation process by providing meaningful insights into our product and improving our integration lifecycle and provided documentation.
• Act as the highest point of escalation before our engineers and as a resource to our business team, making sure team members can resolve our customers’ issues.
• Manage our external knowledge base and integration docs while applying your knowledge of the most common use cases, mistakes, and scenarios to improve our “support-free” integration approach.
• Help R&D and Product teams understand integration challenges and different approaches arising from our clients and provide insights into improvements that need to be made to the product.
• Work closely with our QA team to reproduce product bugs and make smart decisions on their importance and urgency. Escalate issues to our R&D team when needed based on product knowledge and experience.
• Impact product development and help lead product prioritization based on integration experience. Come up with innovative product improvements to help our integration process.

What are the required qualifications?

• 2+ years of experience as a product specialist/support engineer/professional services manager or other equivalent position.
• Honest interest in the gaming space (mobile in particular) and a real passion to impact product success.
• Native or highly professional English speaker - both verbal and written. Experience in writing technical documentation is a big plus.
• A people’s person with very good interpersonal skills - able to communicate well both with external clients and with internal teams.
• Ability to clearly articulate technical topics to a non-technical audience and also to easily understand technical terms and discuss them with technical teams.
• Experience working directly with R&D and QA teams, communicating issues, and asking the right questions.
• Experience working with global teams, managing remote work relationships, and clearly explaining your questions and requirements.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to monitor and rely on data for decision making.
• Positive attitude along with a “go-getter” approach that is able to motivate others to work.

What will be a big plus to have?

• Experience in an ad-tech or online/mobile gaming company, particularly in areas such as Ad Monetization, SDKs, Unity Engine - big advantage
• An understanding of the nuances within the gaming industry, such as the mechanics of different game genres (mid-core, RPG, hyper-casual, etc.) and gaming analytics terms.
• Experience working with mediation platforms and mobile ad networks.
• Experience working with Jira & Confluence
