We are looking for a passionate and experienced Head of Data Science that strives to create impact and take our AI & ML to its next level along with some unique and awesome unicorn technologies.

Your day-to-day:

• Leading the team of data scientists – set the goals, guide the research, and direct the development towards successful incorporation within the product
• Hands-on leader, who contributes to the team’s work and the AI research
• Developing the strategy and roadmap for the AI of the company
• Building effective ML development environment and processes
• Working closely with other stakeholders to achieve the goals (Development, Backend, Frontend, Platform, Security Researchers, and Product Management)

What we expect of you:

• 5+ years’ experience in Machine Learning and AI, and in delivering AI/LLM models into production.
• 2+ years’ experience in leading Data Science teams
• B.Sc. or M.Sc. in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Information Systems, Mathematics, Statistics, or related fields
• Hands-on experience with data science packages (Scikit and Py Torch/ TensorFlow)
• Experienced with working in a cloud environment mainly Amazon Web Services, Google Cloud Platform or MS-Azure as advantage.
• Experience with Big Data environments (e.g., Py Spark)
• Deep Learning experience, preferably for NLP for Tabular data
• Experience in the cyber security domain – an advantage
• Good inter-communication skills
• Innovative and determined
