We’re seeking a motivated, organized, creative, high-performance individual to join the social media team as a full-time video editor and producer.

Location - Jerusalem (Hybrid)

Based in Israel and willing to travel to our central Jerusalem office at least once a week or more – a must.

REQUIREMENTS

- Social media savvy with the ability to create cross-platform posts (Instagram, YouTube).

- Video editing on Adobe Premier.

- Filming and camera experience (can work with a gimbal, knows how to use audio equipment for professional sound).

- Selecting visual/B-roll from HonestReporting’s library or media agencies.

- Grasp of Israel-related diplomatic/policy issues (e.g. Israeli-Palestinian conflict, relationships with foreign governments/UN, BDS, Iran, etc...).

- Ability to recognize trending topics and pertinent ideas.

- Comfort prioritizing multiple assignments while meeting deadlines.

- Strong interpersonal skills.

- Ability to work independently.
