Wordpress project manager

We are looking for a Web Project Manager to join our top notch web department, responsible for the delivery of clients’ projects from contract closure until they go live with ongoing service.

On site, full time from our Tel Aviv office

• Plan, organize, and manage the end-to-end workflow of building amazing websites.
• Monitor the budget, scope, and timelines for projects.
• Customer facing – focal point. Responsible for customer satisfaction.
• Facilitate, synchronize, and track the progress of the various cross-company teams in areas such as design and development.
• Testing and QA to match the design and development.
• Communicate the progress to customers and internal stakeholders.
• Handle hands-on activities per the project’s needs.

• A minimum of 2 years experience in web project management.
• Familiarity with WordPress and Elementor – Advantage.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to document and allocate tasks to other teammates clearly.
• Ability to contribute creativity and innovation to web projects.
• Analytical mind and problem-solving aptitude.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
