An experienced systems analyst and CRM Dynamics implementer is needed

job description:

Implementation and analysis of the system including writing characterization documents, building complex work processes, customizations, configurations, user management and testing development tasks.

Work closely with the development team and under the project manager

Job requirements:

Relevant academic degree.

At least 4 years of experience analyzing information systems and implementation in a complex and multi-process environment - mandatory.

Experience in CRM Dynamics version 365 on premise - mandatory.

Proven experience in defining user requirements and needs, including characterization of work processes.

Experience working in large and complex projects with development teams.

Support and collection of customer business requirements.

Leading complex processes including following up on tasks and professional guidance if necessary.

Experience in customer service is an advantage.

Experience working with databases is an advantage

Work experience in Azure Devops is an advantage

Experience with an ERP system is an advantage

Ability to work independently as part of the team, excellent human relations and high motivation
