Technical Support Engineer

We are looking for a Technical Support Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will manage technical and operational issues raised by customers and internal business teams. In addition, you will diagnose, troubleshoot and pivot technical and operational challenges at hand with product, data, and development teams. We are looking for a highly technical team member that will be able to own the support activity from end to end.

Responsibilities​

• :Understand the customer’s business, identify the customer’s pain points, and provide a tailored solution based on the product portfolio to address the customer’s need
