Job description:

As a project administrator, you’ll be in charge of ensuring the smooth execution of the EU-funded collaborative projects we coordinate (https://enspire.science/funded-projects/). Your responsibilities will include administrative duties such as tasks follow-up, preparing meeting minutes, report writing, financial record keeping, etc. You will be in daily communication with project partners to proactively ensure all project deliverables and milestones are met, organize and monitor meetings, collect and integrate data to create reports and presentations, handle various communication channels and more.

As part of your role, you will be exposed to exciting and diverse international research and work closely with leading scientists, top universities and companies.

The ideal candidate:

• Has a bachelor’s degree (experience with academic research is an advantage)

• Can communicate fluently in English (reading, writing and speaking) – native speaker level

• Pays attention to detail and is a creative problem solver

• Has excellent communication and social skills

• Is passionate about learning, able to explore and independently learn new information

• Is not afraid of speaking and presenting in public

• Able to travel abroad
