Job Title: Director of Sales – Latin America.

Reports to: The Group CEO.

Position Overview: We are seeking a dynamic Sales Director for the Latin American (LATAM) market who will be responsible for directing and managing OFIL's sales operations in this territory. The ideal candidate will lead all LATAM sales activities, focusing on increasing OFIL’s revenues and market share. This role involves active participation in the sales process, strategic decision-making, and the development of market strategies.

• Proven track record of success in sales, preferably in the electrical or technology industry
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients
• Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities
• Strong analytical and decision-making skills
• Knowledge and experience of the electrical industry and related products
• Experience in international sales and working with worldwide representatives

Bachelor's degree in.B.Sc. Electricity and Electronics or Mechanical Engineering
