Personal Computer Support Technician

PC Technician for a Site in Jerusalem

A service-oriented role in a dynamic work environment, providing support to users and handling computing, communication, and multimedia equipment (hardware/software)

.Deep familiarity with operating systems, with an emphasis on Microsoft environments and Office tools (Linux – an advantage)

.Responsibility for support in troubleshooting and tasks at the company's sites in the central and southern regions (Tel Aviv / Be'er Sheva / Jerusalem) – a vehicle is provided for travel to the various sites

.Job Requirements

• :3 years of experience as a PC technician in a large organization, with at least 500 end users
• .Experience working in a managed domain environment, diagnosing, and troubleshooting software/hardware issues
• .Full proficiency in WIN operating systems and Office software
• .Completion of a professional PC technician course
• .Self-management skills
• .CCNA certification – advantage
• .Proficiency in Linux – advantage
• .Familiarity with server hardware – an advantage
• .Experience operating computer halls – an advantage
