Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced QA Manager who has the necessary qualities, skills, and experience to uphold and enhance our high standards and ambitious goals. As a QA Manager at comUniverse, you will have the chance to shape our platform's future, ensuring it meets the highest standards of quality and performance.

Responsibilities:

• Lead, mentor, and grow the QA team.
• Develop and implement comprehensive QA strategies and processes.
• Ensure thorough testing of our platform with a keen eye for detail.
• Oversee both manual and automated testing efforts.
• Collaborate closely with the development team to ensure timely resolution of issues.
• Create and maintain detailed documentation of testing procedures and results.
• Continuously improve QA workflows to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a QA Manager or in a similar senior QA role.
• Strong understanding of QA methodologies and tools.
• Proficiency in both manual and automated testing frameworks and tools.
• Experience with test management software (e.g., JIRA, TestRail).
• Familiarity with automated testing tools (e.g., Selenium, Appium, or similar).
• Knowledge of scripting languages (e.g., Python, JavaScript) is a plus.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong leadership and team management abilities.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic startup environment.
• Startup experience is highly preferred.
