Back Office Operations and Customer Service Representative

STB Union is looking for a Back Office Operations and Customer Service Representative to join our team.

Work will be conducted from our office in Rishon LeZion.

It’s a full-time position with the following working schedule:

Sunday-Thursday

09:00-18:00

Friday

09:00-14:00

Main responsibilities:

-answering incoming calls, chats and emails from customers and partners

-ensuring fulfillment of regulatory requirements to prevent any delays in operational process

-KYC verification

-working with back office system

Requirements:

-Hebrew and Russian languages - native level (both verbal and written) – MUST

-English - high level – MUST

-excellent verbal and written communication skills

-fast learner

-highly organized

-responsible

-patient

-problem solving ability

-proactive approach

-ability to stay concentrated for a long period of time

-tech-savvy

-previous experience in customer service, sales or working with back office – advantage
