We are looking for a versatile and highly-organized Office Administrator.
If you are a responsible and trustworthy individual, who’s good at getting things done while maintaining a pleasant and positive work environment - you belong with us.
You will be responsible for staffing the reception, maintaining the day-to-day administrative operation of our office (as part of our Operations team), as well as supporting company-wide projects and processes.
Role and Responsibilities:
- Staff the reception
- Support administrative tasks of our office, making sure the office is operating smoothly and efficiently.
- Provide assistance to employees’s administrative requests, and welcome office visitors.
- Come up with real time solutions to ongoing logistic issues.
- Assist in finance tracking and conduct benchmark market research.
- Responsibility, discretion and trustworthiness
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
- Organization skills and excellent attention to detail
- Strong multitasking, problem solving, and time management skills
- Written and verbal English proficiency
