Full Stack Engineer

We're looking for talented, versatile and highly independent software engineers to join our winning team. You will be in charge of end-to-end development and you'll have a massive impact on the product and the technical decisions made.

Squads at Navina are multidisciplinary and autonomous. They contain all the needed functions in order to deliver the best product - thus you’ll work alongside a product manager, UI/UX designer, data analysts, and medical doctors.

Responsibilities:

• Lead development processes from ideation to production.
• Develop and maintain the product’s application layer (frontend & backend).
• Develop an analytics product that helps our customers understand their clinical and financial performance.
• Collaborate with product, medical, and software teams across the organization.
• Build a customer-centric product with a deep understanding of the complex healthcare industry.

• Hands-on full-stack experience in developing a large-scale system
• 5+ years of experience as a Software Engineer
• 2+ years of experience with client-side frameworks (React)
• 2+ years of experience with server-side technologies (Python/Node.js)
  
  

• B.Sc / M.Sc in Computer Science / Software Engineering
• Experience with developing data-oriented products - ETLs, SQL and complex querying
• BI development experience: Working with datasets, designing and modeling data, analyzing data efficiently and correctly.
