VP Monetization

An innovative and passionate international mobile gaming studio, headquartered in Tel Aviv, is expanding and actively seeking an experienced VP Monetization.

Role Overview

The VP of Monetization will develop and execute the company's monetization strategy, focusing on creating new revenue streams, optimizing existing ones, and collaborating with the VIP team to close deals. The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge of the gaming industry and experience in engineering, product management, and sales.

The VP of Monetization will report directly to the CEO and collaborate closely with other members of the executive team.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement the company's monetization strategy.
• Identify and create new revenue streams.
• Optimize existing revenue streams for maximum profitability.
• Collaborate with the VIP team to secure deals.
• Lead and manage a team of creative professionals, product monetization operators, and VIP specialists.
• Stay informed about the latest trends and developments in the gaming industry.
• Design and launch innovative marketing campaigns.
• Track, analyze, and report on the performance of marketing campaigns.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, or a related field.
• 10+ years of experience in the gaming industry.
• Deep understanding of the gaming ecosystem.
• Proven experience in engineering, product management, and sales.
• Strong leadership and management capabilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
