Purpose of the Job

• Concerning projects/tenders :
• The DL is in charge of performing the different (basic, detailed…) OCS engineering activities of TLV GL Project
• The DL is responsible for the QCD (Quality, Cost, Delay) performance delivered for his project or for the commitments on Design costings and workloads produced during TLV GL Project
• The DL is in charge of the reporting of the Design performance and of providing the Return Of Experience oTLV GL Project
  
  

• The DL is responsible for defining the planning and the workload of the project Design team in coordination with the OCS Engineering Team Leader (ETL), and for organizing TLV GL Project
• The DL is r esponsible for the QCD (Quality, Cost, Delay) performance delivered for the Design of h TLV GL Project
• The DL is r esponsible for the commitment on Design costings and workloads produced during TLV GL Project
• The DL provides support and produces some Design (Basic, Detailed…) on the TLV GL Project he is in charge of,
• He is r esponsible for the validity of the Design produced by the Design team during TLV GL Project
  
  

• The DL is r esponsible for the execution of some of the Central Department missions :
• Execution of Design Authority,
• Definition, development and maintenance of Reference Solutions and Reference Libraries,
• Gathering and capitalizing the Return of Experience
• Definition and development of Products
• Innovation
• Development and implementation of performant Design tools.
