Data Scientist

We're looking for a skilled Data Scientist who is not only adept at designing and implementing algorithms and models in the field of prediction but is also capable of leading projects with a results-driven approach.

Responsibilities:

• Play a role in setting the direction and goals for the machine learning solutions.
• Collect, preprocess, and analyze data to extract meaningful insights and features for model development.
• Design, develop, and implement machine learning models and algorithms to solve specific business problems.
• Train and evaluate models using appropriate performance metrics and techniques.
• Optimize and tune models for performance, scalability, and robustness.
• Collaborate with software engineers to deploy models into production systems.
• Continuously monitor and maintain deployed models to ensure their effectiveness and reliability.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in machine learning, AI, and related technologies, and integrate them into our workflows and processes.

The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in data science and machine learning, coupled with practical experience in predictive modeling specifically related to churn and purchase predictions for subscription-based models. This role demands a proactive approach, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to turn insights into actionable strategies.

Job Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in data science, machine learning, or a related field.
• Experience with predictive modeling and A/B testing.
• Formal education in computer science, mathematics, statistics or related fields.
• Proficiency in Python is essential.
• Solid understanding of machine learning algorithms and techniques, including supervised and unsupervised learning, deep learning,
• Experience with data preprocessing, feature engineering, and model evaluation.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP) and related services for machine learning deployment (e.g., SageMaker, AI Platform).
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
