📍 Location: Bar-Lev, Israel (between Akko and Karmiel)

Role Overview: Seeking a dynamic Lead Hardware System Engineer to lead our hardware team. The ideal candidate will have strong mechanical and electro-mechanical design experience, excellent leadership skills, and a passion for innovation in agricultural technology.

Your Mission:

• Lead the engineering process for the development of electro-mechanical designs, from requirement definition through design, testing and product release.
• Manage and guide the internal engineering team as well as external development partners creating systems for the company.
• Define and develop system-level designs.
• Write and specify requirements.
• Analyze and investigate performance metrics.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering - mandatory.
• Advanced degree (Master's/PhD) in an engineering discipline - an advantage.
• 5 years in multi-disciplinary system design and leading engineering and NPI processes.
• Proven track record of successfully bringing products to the market.
• Experience in working with foreign outsourcing companies and suppliers.
• Ability to motivate and engage colleagues.
• Quick and independent learning skills.
• Excellent interpersonal skills.
• Experience in issuing certifications for devices, including compliance with relevant industry standards and regulatory requirements.
