About The Role:

We are seeking a bright and entrepreneurial Product Manager to join our new Mobile App Product Management Team. This role will be integral in building our third brand entirely in-house. Brand 3, a medical-grade skincare offering, leverages our technology platform to deliver a differentiated product to consumers. As one of the first dedicated product hires for Brand 3, you will work closely with our leadership team to develop best-in-class mobile products that support customer usage and retention.

You will be responsible for creating product roadmaps from conception to launch, setting and achieving strategic goals, evolving product strategy based on research, data, and industry trends, and delivering innovative products that drive conversion and engagement among our millions of users. Our mobile app is in an early stage of growth,

meaning you will have a unique opportunity to create from the ground up an industry-disrupting tool, and drive the process of optimizing it to reach its full potential.

What You'll Do:

• Build & own our best-in-class products, from mocking up screens to analyzing A/B test results
• Manage the delivery of multiple, complex, simultaneous development projects from design through to release
• Collaborate with cross functional teams (Dev, QA, Data Science, Computer Vision) and manage the product roadmap for new products and funnels
• Work closely with stakeholders across ODDITY’s brands, CX, and Ops to maintain and continually enhance our product
• Translate business goals into actionable product goals and lead your cross-functional partners to achieve those milestones
• Deliver, monitor, and measure the success of features launched to optimize engagement and retention

Who You Are:

• 1-3 years of experience in Product roles, experience in mobile apps is strongly preferred
• A self-starter with a desire to win – exceptionally comfortable with ambiguity & solving complex problems
• High level of individual ownership and personal accountability, with a mindset of ״getting things done״ and driving process forward without supervision
• All-around team player, self-motivated with strong communication skills, who thrives working in a fast-paced environment, and is willing to roll up sleeves and do any task to get the job done
• Hands-on, initiator, with a high level of ownership and accountability
• Impact-driven, user, and business oriented with passion for developing products that people love
• Self-organized, process driven and can drive a project from start to finish with multiple stakeholders
