Get to Know Our Team:

Agoda is seeking a dynamic and visionary Senior Manager to spearhead our efforts in capturing the China Outbound tourist segment across Asia. As the Senior Manager for this crucial market, you will play a pivotal role in Agoda’s growth by ensuring optimal room availability, competitive pricing, and a comprehensive go-to-market (GTM) strategy tailored specifically for Chinese tourists.

Key Responsibilities:

• Project Management: Lead and manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring they are delivered on time.
• Strategic Planning: Develop and implement project management strategies that align with the B2B team’s goals and objectives.
• Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure project alignment and successful execution.
• Performance Tracking: Monitor project performance using appropriate tools and techniques, and report progress to senior management.
• Process Improvement: Continuously evaluate and improve project management processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
• Management Presentation: Prepare presentations for senior management on performance updates and deep-dive analyses on key drivers.
  
  

What You’ll Need to Succeed:

• Minimum 6+ years of experience in top-tier consulting firms, international tech companies, or fast-growing internet/tech startups.
• Bachelor’s Degree or higher from a top university in a quantitative field, finance, or engineering. Advanced business degrees are preferred.
• An MBA from a top school is preferred.
• Detail-oriented and results-driven.
• Strong leadership and decision-making capabilities.
• Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving skills.
• Ability to communicate fluently in English.
• Proficiency in SQL, Tableau, advanced Excel skills, and advanced PowerPoint and presentation skills.
• Proven track record in consulting projects, project management, business planning, or business/financial analysis.
• Proven track record in using data analysis, data insights, and experimentation to support business decisions.
• Intellectual curiosity, ability to learn fast, and data driven
• A team player who works well with multiple stakeholders in a multicultural environment
