NovaSight is pioneering the use of eye-tracking technology in the pediatric eye-care space, with both treatment and diagnostics solutions which are aimed to help millions of children to maintain clear vision and prevent vision loss. Our CureSight™ lazy eye treatment device is targeted to replace the traditional and much disliked eye patch with an innovative digital therapy, which is based on viewing of any streamed content (Netflix, YouTube, etc.). The video content undergoes sophisticated real-time image processing according to the momentary eye gaze position in order to create the therapeutic effect.

CureSight™ is first-ever FDA-cleared therapy for lazy eye in children that was proven against the gold standard patching treatment in a randomized control study. The device started its commercialization last year with excellent traction from physicians and patients. The device is also CE-marked under MDR and soon to be approved in China

Our EyeSwift®Pro is a diagnostics device which is also CE-marked under MDR and starting its commercialization these days in Israel and Europe.

We are looking for an exceptionally skilled, creative, and hands-on project manager to manage medical device development projects integrating hardware and software.

Duties and Responsibilities

The Project Manager will be responsible for the full life cycle of medical device development from inception to full-scale production and commercialization including:

Project plans and specifications preparation

Managing the project R&D budget and product’s Bill Of Materials (BOM)

Managing the project timeline and milestones, including design reviews

SW life cycle management including project-related management of the SW design and test teams

Collaborating with Clinical, Regulatory, Quality, and Manufacturing teams to bring high-quality products to the market

Identifying, interacting, and managing design and supply vendors

Performing routine analysis of test results in relation to design specifications and test objectives.

In charge of prototypes’ design, assembly and test

Developing and improving project-related manufacturing processes

Generating, managing, and updating all documentation included in a full medical device product technical file according to all relevant quality systems requirements (e.g., DHF, DMR etc.).

Supporting engineering, sales, and marketing teams on the field

Working hours: 100% job allocation.

Report to: VP of R&D

Interfaces with: R&D, SQA, Marketing, sales, Operations, Clinical & Regulation and design and manufacturing subcontractors.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering.
• 3-5 years experience in product or project management in the medical device industry, involving hardware and software design. Proven ability to work in a cross-functional team environment.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills and a high level of computer literacy.

Excellent Hebrew and English fluency.
