We are seeking a talented and experienced Hand-On Full-Stack Tech Lead to join our dynamic team and lead the development efforts of our innovative projects.

Responsibilities:

1. Design, architect, and develop scalable and maintainable full-stack applications using React and Python technologies.
2. Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other stakeholders to understand project requirements and provide technical expertise.
3. Ensure timely delivery of software projects, meeting quality standards, and following best practices in software development.
4. Hands-on coding, debugging, and troubleshooting to support the team and ensure project success.
5. Utilize expertise in AWS services to design, implement, and maintain cloud-based solutions.
6. Lead and mentor a cross-functional team of full-stack developers to deliver high-quality software solutions.

Requirements:

1. Proven experience (4+ years) in full-stack development with a strong proficiency in React and Python.
2. In-depth knowledge of AWS services and cloud architecture.
3. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make critical decisions under pressure.
4. Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
5. Excellent communication skills with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
6. Optional: Experience in Android and iOS reverse engineering for enhanced security practices.
7. Fluency in English
