Fundraiser and Resources Manager

Role Overview:

• Fundraising and Resource Acquisition: Secure financial support from private donors, foundations, businesses, government agencies, and estates, both locally and internationally.
• Community Engagement: Build and nurture a network of supporters and contributors.
• Event Production: Plan and execute fundraising events.
• Resource Management: Acquire resources with monetary value.
• Donor Relations: Host and engage with donors.
• Data Management: Handle data analysis and management.

Job Requirements:

• Language Proficiency: Fluent in English and Hebrew, both spoken and written.
• Writing Skills: High-level writing proficiency in both languages.
• Organizational Skills: Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities.
• Multitasking: Ability to manage a variety of tasks efficiently.
• Fundraising Experience: Minimum of two years of proven success in resource acquisition.
• Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Outlook and Excel.
• Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Value Alignment: Strong connection to our values of animal compassion and environmental awareness.

Location: Moshav Olesh, Israel

Employment Type: Part-time to full-time (50% - 100%)
