Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Evening Duty Manager at The Drisco Hotel Tel Aviv. As the Evening Duty Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the hotel during the evening shift. This includes managing guest services, coordinating with various departments, ensuring guest satisfaction, handling customer inquiries and complaints, supervising staff, and maintaining the overall quality of service.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to work independently and make decisions
• Experience in the hospitality industry
• Knowledge of hotel operations and procedures
• Flexible and able to work evening shifts
• Fluency in English and Hebrew
• Previous supervisory or management experience is a plus
• Experienced in Optima software
