Role Overview:

The Product Manager will manage our new products at the early stage. These new products are developed based on Gimmonix’s existing infrastructure and solutions. The main purpose of this role is to drive new products GTM as Self-serve SaaS, adding a user-facing interface, and engaging with customers and prospects. Additionally, this role involves working with other teams on improving and enhancing core capabilities and functionality, vital for maintaining and enhancing Gimmonix's cutting-edge hotel sales platform.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the go-to-market strategy for new products, ensuring successful product launches and user adoption.
• Manage and coordinate the integration of new APIs and ensure the ongoing maintenance of 150 existing ones.
• Develop comprehensive product requirement documents (PRDs) to guide the development and implementation of new features.
• Play a key role in shaping the product roadmap with a focus on enhancing API management and integration capabilities.
• Collaborate with Customer Service, R&D, and other stakeholders for feature development and optimization. 
• Engage with customers and prospects in pre-sales and post-sales activities to gather feedback, understand their needs, and ensure their satisfaction both before and after sales.

Required Qualifications:

Proven experience as a Product Manager in the travel or hospitality industry - Must

Familiarity with hotel sales platforms and accommodation supplier connectivity - Must

Strong understanding of SaaS products and go-to-market strategies.

Experience with API integration and management.

Excellent project management and organizational skills.

Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with customers and collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field; advanced degree an advantage

Preferred Qualifications:

Technical experience with Data Infrastructure solutions with API-based services - an advantage. 

Deep knowledge of ALM solutions such as Jira or TFS. VSO online (TFS online) – big advantage.
