A high-tech company in the Ad-tech sector specializing in online marketing and CRM for commerce realms. They have developed several products in online marketing (complex web systems for optimization using Big Data and AI) and CRM for commerce realms.

The company has won numerous awards in their field, works with large international companies in digital marketing and advertising, and provides excellent conditions for employees.

Job Description: The role involves direct management of two teams responsible for the company's various products. Managing approximately 10 employees in a flat management structure, including around 20% hands-on involvement and code review.

Responsibilities- include developing new products from scratch, migrating previous products to new technologies, and working with a technological stack including NodeJS/PHP, React, CI/CD, AWS, MongoDB, PostgreSQL, Kafka, and full stack on a SaaS product in a Big Data environment.

The company is located in central Israel (near a train station) and offers the option of working from home for one day a week.

Requirements-

• 3+ years experience as a R&D Team Leader- Must
• Proven track record in managing development flow from conception to deployment, including methodology and deployment procedures.
• Experience designing, building and operating large-scale distributed systems and web services.
• 5 years of experience in server-side development with NodeJS and PHP
• 5 years of experience in client-side development with React and AngularJS
• Comprehensive knowledge of cloud-based infrastructures (AWS and GCP)
• Excellent communication skills, high energy level, and a can-do attitude.
