Senior Product manager

Oasis is the market leading platform for non-human identity management. Our mission is to fortify cybersecurity defenses by enabling enterprises to efficiently secure non-human identities throughout their lifecycle. As a Senior Product Manager on our OASIS Security product team, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our product portfolio. You will be responsible for driving product roadmap, development, and execution while ensuring alignment with customer needs and market trends. The perfect candidate will have a combination of a strong focus on customer satisfaction, technical and analytical proficiency, and excellent interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute product strategies that align with company goals and customer needs.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering, UX designers, technical writers, marketing, and sales to define product requirements and deliverables.
• Lead the vision implementation and prioritization based on the product roadmap, customer feedback and market analysis.
• Conduct thorough market research and competitive analysis to identify trends and opportunities in the identity security domain.
• Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders, providing updates on product development and performance.
• Conduct regular customer calls and translate the key insights into actionable business and engineering plans.
• Drive the product development lifecycle from ideation to launch, ensuring timely delivery and quality assurance.
• Analyze product performance metrics and customer feedback to identify areas for improvement and optimization.

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of proven experience in product management.
• Strong technical and analytical skills, with the ability to understand complex technical concepts and translate them into business requirements.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate ideas and strategies clearly and persuasively.
• Proven track record of working effectively in cross-functional teams and leading projects independently.
• Team player, a people person enjoying working with multiple teams.
• Motivated self-starter with a 'can do' attitude and a passion for solving complex problems.
• Curiosity and willingness to learn new domains and skills, with a focus on staying updated with industry trends and best practices.
