Senior DevOps Engineer

Oasis is the market leading platform for non-human identity management. Our platform empowers security, engineering and developers teams to improve security posture, implement stronger governance and simplify compliance by taking control of the non-human identity lifecycle without risking system resilience and without operational complexity.

We are seeking our first DevOps Engineer to play a pivotal role in scaling our engineering operations. This is a unique opportunity to shape the DevOps culture and practices in a growing startup environment.

Responsibilities:

• Implement and manage continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD) systems.
• Work closely with software engineers to improve and automate our development and release processes.
• Build and maintain tools for deployment, monitoring, and operations.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues in our dev, test, and production environments.
• Manage cloud-based infrastructure and ensure system reliability, scalability, and security.
• Lead the adoption of best practices in DevOps, system reliability, and security.
• Develop and maintain documentation of the infrastructure and systems.‍

Qualifications:

• 5+ years' experience in DevOps role
• Strong experience with cloud services (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Experience with automation/configuration management using either Terraform, Puppet, Ansible, or an equivalent.
• Ability to use a wide variety of open-source technologies and cloud services.
• A working understanding of code and script (Typescript, Python).
• Knowledge of best practices and IT operations in an always-up, always-available service.
