Role Overview
You will play a crucial role in shaping our future by enhancing project management procedures and ensuring successful outcomes across the organization. You will have various responsibilities, from setting and enforcing best practices to taking direct control, leading project initiatives, coordinating teams, and driving them towards achieving objectives. What we expect to see (requirements)
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering and Management/ B.Sc. in CS / EE
- 5+ years of experience in managing technological projects, with a preference for security and military projects.
- Strong understanding of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum).
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with changing priorities.
- US citizenship – Big advantage
