Recruitment Specialist

Phibro Israel is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Recruiting Specialist to join our team at Airport City.

About the Role

:As a Recruiting Specialist, you will play a key role in the entire recruitment process, from identifying and attracting top talent to onboarding new hires. You will work closely with hiring managers to understand their needs and develop effective recruiting strategies. You will also be responsible for sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates, as well as preparing and presenting candidate recommendations to hiring managers

• s.Conduct in-depth phone interviews and schedule in-person interviews with hiring manager
• s.Utilize LinkedIn for sourcing and write English job descriptions for postin

• s:Bachelor's degree in Behavioral Science, Social Science, or a related field - Requir
• ed3+ years of experience as a Recruiting Specialist in the pharmaceutical/drug/biotechnology industry - Requir
• edExperience in recruiting for a pharmaceutical/drug/biotechnology/chemical manufacturing plant - Requir
• edFluency in Microsoft Office Sui
