Position Overview: As a Marketing Manager at BoldBrandz, you will play a crucial role in driving the success of our clients' advertising campaigns. Your primary responsibilities will include:

1. Running Ads on Meta and Google:

• Create, manage, and optimize ad campaigns on Meta (Facebook, Instagram) and Google Ads.
• Utilize pixels and tag manager to track and measure ad performance effectively.

1. Market Research:

• Conduct thorough market research to develop effective marketing strategies.
• Perform competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities.

1. Commitment to Deliverables:

• Ensure all ad campaigns meet deliverables and achieve desired results.
• Monitor and report on campaign performance, making data-driven adjustments as needed.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute ad campaigns on Meta and Google platforms.
• Implement and manage tracking pixels and tag manager.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis.
• Optimize campaigns for maximum ROI.
• Report on campaign performance and insights.
• Collaborate with the creative team to develop compelling ad content.
• Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 1 year experience in digital marketing, specifically with Meta and Google Ads.
• Practical knowledge of pixels and tag manager.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to make data-driven decisions.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
