Food Technologist

Company karlberg - Sausage and meat production plant. A chain of supermarkets

We are looking for a food technologist for the position of chief quality controller to our factory in HOLON.

Food Technologist Needed:

• Technological and process leadership in the implementation of new production processes and upgrading existing lines.
• Responsible for product specifications and manufacturing processes.
• Driving improvement and optimization processes.
• Conducting trials on production lines.
• Working closely with R&D, production, and supply chain teams.
• Identifying technological causes for production faults.
• Training and transferring of technological knowledge to the production team.
• Writing work protocols for new processes.
• Writing and maintaining product portfolios.

Requirements:

• Food technologist/engineer.
• HACCP - Required
• 1-2 years of experience as a manufacturing technologist.
• Good control of English.
• Willingness to work flexible hours
• Full-time position.
