Head of Data Management

One of our clients, a company in the digital health sector, is seeking to hire a Head of Data to lead their data operations. The ideal candidate will ensure the highest level of data management and strategic utilization through effective leadership and collaboration.

The team is responsible for all the company's data, including data science, data engineering, and data analysis.

Responsibilities:

• Manage a team of approximately 5 members in various roles (Data Scientist, Data Engineer, Analyst).
• Develop and implement data strategies that align with the company's goals.
• Ensure the accuracy, integrity, and security of data across the organization.
• Collaborate with different departments to leverage data insights for strategic decision-making.
• Analyze data and generate reports to drive continuous improvement and innovation.
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to maintain a competitive edge.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Head of Data or in a similar senior data management role.
• Strong leadership skills with experience managing diverse teams.
• Extensive knowledge of data management and analysis tools.
• Excellent understanding of data governance, data quality, and data architecture.
• Experience in the digital health sector is a plus.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively across various departments.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field; a Master's degree is preferred.
• Experience in developing algorithms for tabular data or working as a Data Scientist is an advantage.
• Experience in analyzing data for a B2C product with millions of users.
