• Website Content: Oversee the creation, editing, and optimization of website content to ensure it is engaging, informative, and aligned with our brand voice and SEO best practices.
• Social Media: Strategize and oversee content creation for our social media channels to boost engagement and expand our reach.
• Automation: Implement and manage content automation strategies to improve efficiency and ensure timely delivery of content across various platforms.
• Newsletter: Create and curate compelling newsletters that keep our audience informed about the latest updates, news, and insights
• Scripts for Videos: Write and edit scripts for educational and promotional videos, ensuring they are engaging and informative.
• Manage Professional Creators: Lead and collaborate with a team of professional content creators across various fields to produce high-quality content.
• Blogs: Develop and manage a content calendar for regular blog posts that provide value to our audience, enhance our online presence, and drive traffic.
• Cooperation with 3rd Party Vendors: Work with designers for creatives, PR agencies, content generators (articles), publications, etc.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in content creation and management, with at least one year in a role within e-commerce or e-learning sectors (we aim for a fintech company).
• Experience with content management systems (CMS) and marketing automation tools.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills.
• Creative thinker with the ability to develop innovative content ideas that resonate with our audience.

Performance Expectations:

• As the first content person in the team, you will set the foundation for our content strategy and execution.
• Develop metrics for content performance and continuously optimize based on insights.
