Information Technology Manager

The ideal candidate should be comfortable providing technology solutions to all company employees. In addition, the IT manager is expected to adopt new technologies and increase efficiency with existing ones. The relevant candidate should have prior experience working with information technology and explore the latest technology trends to ensure it meets the organization requirements and ensure all the supportive systems are up to date. 

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team (at least 6 employees).
• Ability to work closely with c-levels executives and organizational leadership to achieve strategic goals.
• Develop and implement IT policies, standards and procedures to ensure compliance and operational efficiency.
• Execute the IT strategy to support business objectives.
• Provide high level of technical support and troubleshooting for end-users.
• Manage vendor relationships, contarts and service level agreements to ensure effective delivery of IT services.
• Manage technologies and provide full support for various systems.
• Plan, coordinate and execute IT projects, which meet the budget and timelines.

• Excellent problem solving and decision making skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with employees at all levels
• Familiar with the travel corporate management field - an advantage
