DevOps Team leader

We are looking for a talented security-oriented senior team leader, Leading the new Harmony Endpoint DevOps and Services Team. This team will be responsible for all Endpoint Cloud backend Services, Health Management, Service Updates, Service Automations, Features Development, RnD(last tier) for customer support.

Key Responsibilities

• In this role, you will be leading a development & DevOps team developing an Endpoint cloud security solution as part of Harmony Endpoint Protection.
• You will design, develop and lead an exceptional team of engineers in all aspects: Human, technical, operational and customer-facing
• Responsible for our DevOps, Cloud and Monitoring environments
• Planning and execution of complex, diverse projects
• Examine and remediate loosen parts in all product aspects that affect the overall performance
• Research and integrate new technologies into our stack

Qualifications

• +2 years of management experience
• Good knowledge of one of the public clouds (AWS - advantage)
• Good Linux knowledge
• Good knowledge of software architecture and design
• Ability to write well-designed, testable, efficient code
• Understanding of software quality assurance principles
• A technical mindset with great attention to details
• Advantage - First degree from a known university
• Strong Advantage – Excellent communication, leadership, and presentation abilities.

It would also be nice if:

• Experience in cyber security
• Experience with software as a Service (SaaS), Platform as a Service experience in PaaS, e.g. Kubernetes, Docker, using at least one of the following platforms: AWS, MS Azure, Google Cloud.
• Lead and perform POC for concepts and new approaches
