We are a fast growing company with an innovative product of battery technology with a big vision for changing the face of energy and electric mobility.
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for all phases of project management, including planning, execution, and delivery
- Lead the design of units for feasibility testing, up to production-level units
- Optimization of production methods of our 3D collectors
- Participate in planning process optimization and production scaling-up
- Ensure effective coordination within the project teams and with other groups in R&D and Operations
- Identify and address potential project risks proactively.
- Ensure adherence to budgetary constraints and implement cost-control measures as needed
- Collaboration with production and design subcontractors as needed
Requirements:
- Engineering degree such as Mechanical/Electrical/Chemistry etc.
- At least 5 years of experience in project management and leading
- multi-disciplinary R&D teams for product development in a commercial environment.
- Experience in the Process Industry - an advantage.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Hands-on attitude and adaptability in a fast-paced environment
- Experience in bringing products to production-level and “scaling up”
