Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role as a Talent Acquisition Specialist at Mećkano. As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will be responsible for full-life cycle recruiting, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring candidates to meet the company's talent needs. You will also be involved in employer branding activities to attract top talent and ensure a positive candidate experience.

Location: Three times a week in Petah Tikva and twice a week in Haifa - Full-time job.

Qualifications

• Experience in full-life cycle recruiting and hiring
• Strong interviewing skills and ability to assess candidate qualifications
• Knowledge of employer branding strategies and techniques
• Ability to effectively source and attract qualified candidates
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Relevant skills and qualifications that would be beneficial:

• Experience in the HR industry or talent acquisition
• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and recruitment software
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
