About the Role:

As a BI Solution Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in guiding our clients through the entire BI implementation journey, from project planning and requirement gathering to backend/frontend development and deployment. You will be the driving force behind the creation of customized BI solutions that empower our clients to make informed decisions and achieve their business goals.

Responsibilities

• :Project Management
• :Oversee the entire BI project lifecycle, from initiation to closure, ensuring timely and successful delivery
• .Manage project scope, budget, and timelines, ensuring alignment with client expectations
• .Collaborate closely with clients to understand their business needs and translate them into actionable BI requirements
• .Technical Expertise
• :Possess in-depth knowledge of Qlik Sense and its capabilities
• .Design, develop, and implement complex BI solutions using Qlik Sense, including backend data integration, data modeling, and frontend visualizations
• .Utilize SQL to extract, transform, and load (ETL) data into Qlik Sense
• .Analyze and characterize BI processes to identify opportunities for improvement
• .Communication and Collaboration
• :Effectively communicate technical concepts and project progress to both technical and non-technical audiences
• .Foster strong relationships with clients, acting as a trusted advisor and advocate for their BI needs
• .Collaborate seamlessly with cross-functional teams, including developers, data analysts, and project managers

.Requirements

• :Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering and Management, Computer Science, Economics, Statistics, or MIS with a focus on Information Systems
• .4+ years of hands-on experience developing and implementing Qlik Sense solutions
• .Proven expertise in ETL development and ERD schema creation
• .2+ years of experience in managing technology projects and understanding diverse business domains
• .Strong SQL proficiency, including the ability to write complex queries
• .Familiarity with BI analysis and process optimization methodologies (a plus)
• .Exposure to ERP and CRM systems (a plus)
• .Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts in a clear and concise manner
• .Fluency in Hebrew and English (written and verbal)
