Automation Infrastructure Team Lead

Our platform leverages mobile, web, and hardware technologies to create guided workflows in the field and back offices to optimize safety and efficiency at all stages of long-cycle work from planning to execution and close-out.

We're seeking an experienced and collaborative Automation Infrastructure Team Lead to manage our automation activity within R&D, and to lead our team of Automation Engineers!

What You'll Do

• Be a technical lead, develop the team, explore and introduce new technologies
• Mentor new and existing team members in their professional growth
• Full ownership of the automation infrastructure of the organization
• Develop automation infrastructures & Maintain existing infrastructure & test cases
• Perform design and code reviews of some of the automation code
• Take an active part in the CI process

Requirements

• 2+ years experience in leading automation engineers
• 4+ years experience in writing automation tests
• 4+ years experience with UI automation
• Proven experience in building automation infrastructure which captures various layers/types of automation
• Experience in reflecting and tracking proper automation KPI
• Experience with various aspects of quality (functional, non functional, negative, longevity)
• Familiarity with developing both frontend and backend testing (UI, API, Integration, component)
• Experienced with HTTP technologies (REST APIs, JSONs etc.)
• Familiarity with API testing tools such as PostMan
• Understanding of agile software development life cycle and tools
• Strong time management and prioritization skills
• Strong verbal and written communication skills

Preferred

• Experience with Jenkins and CI/CD process
• Experience with mobile application automation frameworks
• Experienced with the latest UI automation frameworks(Protractor, Puppeteer, Cypress.io, etc.)
• Experience with test driven development (TDD)
• Familiarity with relational databases (SQL, etc.)
• 4+ years of experience in Automation using Selenium with Python/Java/c#Node.js/Java script OR 4+ Type Script
• Experience with Puppeteer or Cypress
