Marketing Operations Manager

Job Description

We’re looking for a natural problem solver who’s passionate about efficiency and understands both the bigger picture and the value of details. As an Operations Manager, you’ll be responsible for managing complex and large-scale projects in a matrix structure while working in an always changing environment.

In your day-to-day, you will:

• Take charge of project planning, scheduling, and execution, while providing regular updates to all company stakeholders
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas where operational support can bring value and enhance the project's deliverables
• Ensure effective communication and coordination in the department as a whole and the individual teams
• Identify and resolve conflicts and roadblocks
• Implement and improve processes and usable tools
• Hold a high level and detailed view, that allows you to create meaningful connections between teams, plans and projects
  
  

Qualifications:

• 3+ years experience in project management, with a proven track record working with large teams at an extremely fast pace
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Hebrew and strong conflict resolution skills
• You’re a team player, but can also work independently and take full ownership of your projects
• You’re comfortable managing multiple projects simultaneously and adapting to changing priorities
• You have plenty of experience using project management tools and software
• You’re a tech lover, with a solid understanding of internal systems and the ability to find technical solutions for issues when they arise

The Marketing Operations team is a cross-department effort. We drive multiple projects of varying scales to initiate, develop, and integrate new processes within the department, manage major marketing projects, and run all operational aspects. This team is essential in ensuring the seamless execution of our marketing strategies.
