Position: Network Manager and System Team Leader

Location: Tel Aviv

Working Hours: Sunday to Thursday, 09:00 - 18:00

Job Description: M CHALLENGE is seeking a Network Manager and System Team Leader with 2 years of experience in a similar role to join our existing team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide creative solutions to our business clients.
• Manage and support virtualization systems, private and public cloud platforms (Azure, AWS).
• Offer network solutions, configure VLANs, and manage FG and CISCO devices.
• Familiarity with security systems (EDR, web filtering, email security).
• Advanced management of Office 365.
• Expertise in backup systems and disaster recovery (DR).
• Lead projects and perform migrations between different cloud services.
• Handle service calls and delegate tasks to team members.

Requirements:

• 1-2 years of experience managing business clients.
• Driver's license is mandatory.
• Preferable: Relevant certifications.

Qualifications:

• Strong problem-solving skills.
• Effective communication and teamwork abilities.
• Ability to lead projects and work independently.
