IT & SOC Specialist

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an IT & Cyber Specialist at Private Security Company located in Tel Aviv District, Israel. This Person will be responsible for network administration, information technology, Cyber SaaS Solutions, troubleshooting, network security, and customer service.

Responsibilities:

• Support both staging and production enviroments with hardware, software, network, and security activities.
• Provide technical support for desktops, Microsoft products, third-party software, and cloud services.
• Handle overall system support (performance issues, outages).
• Support network (WAN, LAN connectivity, firewalls, security).
• Implement and support remote access solutions (VPN, Remote Desktop Services).
• Perform recurring onsite maintenance.
• Address, resolve, and escalate IT software and infrastructure issues promptly.
• Update and maintain technical documentation.
• Configure and maintain IoT devices (IP cameras, video intercom, access controls, alarms).
• Communicate with site users about incident progress, changes, and outages.
• Take live support calls for immediate triage.
• Share technology/process recommendations with leadership.
• Provide user orientation and guidance for new software and equipment.
• Handle other IT-related projects and tasks as assigned.
• Provide off-hours support as necessary.

Requirements

Minimum requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in information technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience as IT Technician / SOC Analyst or similar role at a Tech Organization
• Proficiency with Mac, Windows and Linux operating systems, both hardware and software.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Products including Active Directory, Group Policies, Office 365, Exchange, and virtualization technologies
• Solid network troubleshooting and problem-solving skills including TCP/IP concepts and LAN/WAN issues
• Experience and familiarity with firewalls, routers, managed switches, wireless controllers and WAPs
• Knowledge in Endpoint MGMT Solutions including CrowdStrike, Harmony, Manage Engine.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Outstanding organizational and time-management skills with ability to switch tasks frequently and successfully manage multiple issues concurrently.
• Good knowledge of security and data privacy principles.
• Mac/iOS/Windows/Linux Experience required.
• CCNA Certificate is a must.

Highly Desired

• Familiarity with a broad spectrum of on-premises/Cloud disaster recovery systems.
• Experience with AV and AM products including Sophos, ESET, MalwareBytes or others.
• Knowledge in Cyber Security SaaS Solutions.

Advantages

• Experience in IoT fields.
• Knowledge in CCTV & Low Voltage areas (IP Cameras, Intercom, Alarm systems etc.).
