As a backend developer at Motiv8AI, you will play a pivotal role in leading and contributing to the development of behavioural analysis models that revolutionize the financial industry. Our ideal candidate will be experienced in introducing new methods and research approaches for solving complex problems, curious and hands-on.

As an integral member of our start-up, you will have the unique opportunity to shape the direction of our AI strategy and drive innovation in this exciting field.

Our offices located in Ramat Gan (Diamond District), Israel, near public transport and rail station.

Responsibilities:

• Part of research, development, deployment, monitoring, troubleshooting, and maintenance of the company backend services over multiple platforms.
• Develop backend architecture and strategy
• Support DevOps and other teams with customer support

Requirements:

• BA in computer science or similar relevant field
• Previous working experience as a Node.js Developer for 8-10 years
• Hand on & In-depth knowledge of JavaScript and Node.js
• Hand on experience with TypeScript
• Experience with: Queue/Cache:( Redis, RabbitMQ, Kafka), Postgres or MySQL
• Experience with frontend development using react.
• Development design and deployment of high scale microservices & web applications.
• Familiarity with the whole web stack, including protocols and web server optimization techniques
• Familiarity with CI \ CD (Continuous Integration \ Continuous Deployment) methodologies
• Experience with other languages like Java, C++ and Python is a plus
• Experience with relevant tools – Git/Gitlab, ECS, Kubernetes and Docker
• Strong analytical skills and problem-solving attitude
